A clean inter-site process
Name the movement as a stock transfer, not a customer delivery. Customer jobs have a different receiver and a different proof requirement. Internal transfers should record both sites, the reason for the move, and who is authorised to release and receive the vehicle.

Swaps vs one-way transfers
A one-way internal transfer is stock that needs to live at another location. A dealer swap is two (or more) vehicles exchanging locations — often to rebalance age or model mix. Swaps fail when only one leg is booked and the return vehicle is treated as an afterthought.
